8am - 4pm (you will be home in time for dinner!)
Compensation:

Job Requirements:

Catering Servers and Bartenders

What are we looking for?:
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
Prior catering experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable and punctual as well as work well with others and take direction.
Able to stand for long stretches of time.
Clean/hygenic appearance.
What are the hours?:
Shifts are primarily Saturdays with some Friday and Sunday shifts as well as occasional mid-week.

Catering Assistant

This job has a lot of growth potential and we are interested in a candidate who is looking for a long-term career with Boda’s Kitchen.
Job responsibilities:
Making deliveries for small orders
Monitoring the catering emails and promptly replying to inquiries
Developing quotes for new clients
Processing client orders and invoices
Assisting with wedding coordination for catering, bar service, rentals and event setup/breakdown
Supervising large special events
Loading and unloading of necessary equipment for each event
Managing cleanliness and inventory of catering equipment
Maintaining cleanliness of catering vehicles
Coordinating internal meetings and client appointments
Managing the internal calendar
Assisting with planning and development of catering department growth
A successful candidate should:
Have experience with customer relations and hospitality
Have some management experience
Enjoy a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
Show compassion for clients and enjoy trouble-shooting for them
Excel in an environment of pressure
Be self-driven and decisive
Be willing to work nights/weekends
Be willing to work long hours
Be able to lift 50+ lbs periodically
Be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
Possess a strong attention to detail
Have superior written and verbal communication skills
Have and retain a clean driving record
Obtain Food Server and Alcohol Server certifications
COMPENSATION- DOE, but generally starting at $15/hour to start plus generous gratuity structure, bonus opportunities and 2 weeks PTO accrual.
